15th World Congress of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST)
The 15th World Congress of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) will be held from 22 – 26 August 2010 in Cape Town, South Africa. The Congress theme is “Food Science Solutions in an evolving World” and the venue is the International Convention Centre (ICC).
